Our approach brings together mind, body and fitness to help you feel better, move better and live better.
We’ve built a space where people of all ages and levels can train with confidence, learn proper technique and focus on long-term health instead of quick fixes. From Yoga and Pilates to STS, Strength & Conditioning, HYROX and high-energy Circuit or HIIT sessions, every class is designed to challenge you in a positive, supportive way.
Most importantly, we’re a community. A place where you can push yourself, switch off from the noise and connect with people on the same journey.

featured classes
Yoga
Yoga is at the heart of Bayside Fitness. Find calm, build focus and reset in our warm Zen Room with a Vinyasa style flow suited to all levels. Classes run for 50 minutes, and Lululemon mats are available to purchase at reception.
Circuits
Circuits combines cardio and strength work across 8 to 10 stations, using gear like the Skier, Assault Air Bike, rower, kettlebells and free weights. It’s an efficient, full body session for all levels, held in the Disco Room and running for 50 minutes.
strength & Conditioning
Our S&C class combines mobility work, strength training, speed drills and performance focused exercises to help you move better, feel stronger and burn fat effectively. Held in the Disco Room, each class runs for 50 minutes.
Hyrox
HYROX is a race inspired workout that combines running with functional training. Participants complete 8km of running broken into eight 1km intervals, and after each run they tackle a different workout station, including movements like rowing, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps and more. It’s a challenging but accessible style of training that suits all fitness levels.
STS
Our daily Strength Tread Sled (STS) classes are designed to hit every major muscle group across the week. Expect a dynamic warm up, fast paced cardio intervals, strength work and running, walking and sled pushes on our Technogym treadmills. Every class is 50 minutes and suited to all fitness levels.
Pilates
Our Pilates class focuses on building strength through controlled movement, with a strong emphasis on core stability. It supports better posture, balance, flexibility and overall well-being. Pilates with Rachel runs twice a week in the Zen Room, and each session is 50 minutes long.
hiit
High Intensity Interval Training mixes powerful bursts of movement with short recovery phases to help you burn fat and keep your heart healthy. Our lunchtime HIIT sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday in the Disco Room and go for 50 minutes.
MEET THE TEAM
Alan Connor - Manager
Alan has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry and running class based gyms. He is qualified as EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer, EQF Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Level 1 ZUU Instructor. Alan is qualified and specialises in Personal Training and Group Training including Circuits, Bootcamps & HIIT.
Ray Black - Manager
Ray has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. He is qualified as EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer, EQF Level 3 Fitness Instructor, IEC Level 3 Nutrition and Level 3 Boxerise Instructor. Ray specialises in group/class training, 1:1 Personal Training and transformation.
Nina Plazanin - Fitness Coach
Nina has tremendous experience and holds many qualifications including an EQF level 3 in Fitness and Group Instruction, she also holds an EQF level 4 in Personal Training. Nina brings many areas of expertise to the gym including HIIT Training, Boxing and Kettlebell training.
